Seminar - In the Search for Knowledge Spillovers

This seminar follows from some of the ideas I presented to Tech/Dev group in January 2006.

I started to write the paper attached one year ago and it was presented in two conferences last year and to the Brazilian Ministry for Science and Technology.
Naturally, as this is also part of my thesis, there is still lots of room for improvement and I would appreciate to hear your thoughts!
